Stellenbeschreibung ##

  • Als Niederlassungsleiter haben Sie die Gesamtverantwortung für die Organisation der Niederlassung in enger Zusammenarbeit mit der Geschäftsleitung
  • Fachliche und finanzielle Führung nach betriebswirtschaftlichen Grundsätzen
  • Personelle Verantwortung für 8-10 Mitarbeitende inklusive Ressourcenplanung
  • Pflege und Ausbau von Kunden- und Netzwerkbeziehungen
  • Optimierung von Prozessen und Abläufen sowie Förderung von Innovationen
  • Projekt- und Bauleitung bei eigenen Projekten sowie fachliche Unterstützung des Teams

Wir erwarten ##

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium als Bauingenieur/in ETH/FH, ergänzt durch eine betriebswirtschaftliche Weiterbildung von Vorteil
  • Mehrjährige Führungserfahrung mit hoher Sozialkompetenz
  • Strategisches und unternehmerisches Denken, kombiniert mit ausgeprägter Kundenorientierung
  • Kommunikations- und Motivationsstärke
  • Freude an der Verbindung von strategischen und operativen Aufgaben
  • Interesse an einer langfristigen, verantwortungsvollen Herausforderung
