Bei uns übernimmst du eine neu geschaffene Stelle und gestaltest unsere Kalkulation aktiv mit. Für unsere anspruchsvollen Neu\- und Umbauprojekte suchen wir dich als Baukostenplaner/in 60\-100% (m/w) Die Lenz AG ist ein etabliertes, innovatives Immobilienunternehmen mit Sitz in Baar. Seit 1999 entwickeln, realisieren und vermarkten wir anspruchsvolle Bauprojekte in der gesamten Deutschschweiz. Die Lenz AG handelt im Auftrag von privaten und institutionellen Bauherren und verantwortet Neu\- und Umbauprojekte im Wohn\-, Gewerbe\- und Industriebereich. DEINE AUFGABEN Strategische Entwicklung der gesamten Baukostenplanung Aufbau, Optimierung und Weiterentwicklung unserer Kalkulations\- und Kostenermittlungsprozesse Aktive Nutzung und Weiterentwicklung digitaler Werkzeuge und neuer Technologien in der Kalkulation Analyse von Baukostenkennzahlen sowie Erarbeitung von Kostenoptimierungen Selbständige Erstellung von Grobkostenschätzungen, Kostenschätzungen und Nachkalkulationen Beratung und Unterstützung unserer Projekt\- und Bauleiter in kostenrelevanten Fragestellungen Enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen und externen Projektbeteiligten Unterstützung bei der Devisierung ausgewählter Projekte Punktuelle Stellvertretung der Bauleitung DEIN PROFIL Ausbildung im Baugewerbe mit Weiterbildung zum Bauleiter, Techniker HF, Bauökonom, Architekt oder vergleichbarer Qualifikation Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Kalkulation, Kostenplanung oder Bauleitung von Hochbau\-, Umbau\- und Sanierungsprojekten Sicherer Umgang mit Baukostenkennzahlen Ausgeprägtes Kostenbewusstsein Fundiertes Verständnis für planungs\- und baurechtliche Zusammenhänge sowie gute Kenntnisse der relevanten Normen und Vorschriften Analytisches und unternehmerisches Denken sowie eine strukturierte, genaue und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise Sicherer Umgang mit den gängigen MS\-Office\-Anwendungen, Messerli\-Erfahrung von Vorteil Teamfähigkeit und kommunikative Kompetenz WIR BIETEN Eine neu geschaffene Stelle, die du fachlich mitprägen und weiterentwickeln kannst Viel Eigenverantwortung und kurze Entscheidungswege Anspruchsvolle und abwechslungsreiche Neu\- und Umbauprojekte Direkte Zusammenarbeit im Projektteam mit flacher Hierarchie Moderne Infrastruktur und Offenheit für neue Technologien Unterstützung bei fachlicher Weiterbildung und persönlicher Entwicklung Ein familiäres, unkompliziertes Team mit langfristiger Perspektive Wir sind bei Kunden und Behörden bekannt als fairer, verlässlicher und initiativer Partner.
