Dein Aufgabengebiet beinhaltet im folgende, interessante Tätigkeiten: Leitung von Bauprojekten als GU, TU oder Baudienstleister in den Bereichen Neubau, Umbau und Sanierung von EFH/MFH sowie Industrie\- und Gewerbebauten Planung der Ausführung und Koordination von Planer, Unternehmer und Partner Steuerung sämtlicher Prozesse vom Projektstart bis zur mängelfreien Übergabe Aktiver Aufbau und Pflege eines langfristigen Kundenstammes Strategischer Aufbau und operative Führung eines eigenen Teams Aktive Mitgestaltung der Weiterentwicklung der ROFRA Baumanagement AG Damit du mit deinen Kompetenzen überzeugen kannst, bringst du folgendes mit: Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Bauleiter/\-in, Techniker/\-in oder Architekt/\-in Gute Kenntnisse der Baunormen, MS Office und Messerli Unternehmerisches Handeln und der Wille, Verantwortung zu übernehmen Lösungsorientierte Kundenorientierung und hohe Kommunikationsfähigkeiten Freude am Umgang mit Bauherrschaften, Kunden und Unternehmer Bei uns erwartet dich ein offenes und sehr teamorientiertes Miteinander in einer Unternehmenskultur, die von Vertrauen und selbständigem Handeln geprägt ist.
