Die Galvaswiss Gruppe betreibt die grössten Feuerverzinkereien, Lackierwerke und Pulverbeschichtungen in der Schweiz sowie einen Standort in Süddeutschland. Für unsere Industrie- und Bauvorhaben innerhalb der Gruppe suchen wir zur Begleitung und Koordination der Projekttätigkeiten nach einem umtriebigen TS/HF-Techniker oder HTL/FH-Ingenieur als Bauleiter für Industrie-Bauprojekte 100% (m/w/d)

Diese Position eignet sich hervorragend für praktisch veranlagte und technisch versierte Bewerber, die Freude daran haben, industrielle Produktionsabläufe sowie anlagetechnische Bedürfnisse geschickt und effizient baulich umzusetzen. Die Optimierung unserer Infrastruktur und unserer Industrieanlagen steht dabei stets im Vordergrund. Bei der Abwicklung der einzelnen Projekte arbeiten Sie intensiv mit den jeweiligen Standortleitern zusammen und werden ja nach Schwerpunkt des Projekts von erfahrenen KollegInnen aus der Gruppe unterstützt. An allen Werkstandorten sind entweder kleinere technische oder bauliche Projekte von grossem Umfang zu realisieren.

Eine hohe Reisebereitschaft wird vorausgesetzt. Individuelle Lösungen oder flexible Modelle, die z. B. einen schwerpunktmässigen Einsatz an einem bestimmten Standort zulassen sowie individuelle Bedürfnisse angemessen berücksichtigen, können gefunden werden

Was Sie bei uns erwartet: - Entwicklungs-, Sanierungs- und Neubauprojekte innerhalb unserer Gruppe an bestehenden Gebäuden und Anlagen bei verschiedenen Standorten (Bern, Thurgau, Basel und Süddeutschland) - Projekt- und Bauleitung inkl. Ausschreibungen (Devisierungen) - Begleitung und Kontrolle der Bauarbeiten vor Ort - Koordination und Übernahme sämtlicher mit der Bauadministration in Zusammenhang stehender Tätigkeiten, insbes. Organisation der Lieferungen sowie Terminplanung und Gewährleistung der Einhaltung ebendieser

Was Sie mitbringen:

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Baugewerbe oder im Metall-, Maschinen- und Anlagenbau (idealerweise Bauführerschule, Fachhochschule, HTL/FH oder Techniker TS/HF, etc.)
  • Hohe Bereitschaft zu reisen (je nach Projektstandort sind Sie manchmal mehrere Tage pro Woche nicht zu Hause)
  • Affinität für Industrie- und Anlagenbau und Interesse für unser Handwerk
  • Organisationstalent und Kostenbewusstsein
  • Detail- und lösungsorientierte Herangehensweise
  • Solide CAD-Kenntnisse und sicherer Umgang mit sämtlichen MS-Office Anwendungen
  • Gute Sprachkenntnisse in Deutsch in Wort und Schrift, andere Sprachen von Vorteil
