Für unseren Kunden, ein etabliertes und innovatives Unternehmen im Bereich Hochbau, suchen wir per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung eine engagierte und verantwortungsbewusste Persönlichkeit als Bauleiter Hochbau (m/w/d) 80-100%.

Ihre Aufgaben #

  • Selbstständige örtliche Bauleitung und Führung der am Bau beteiligten Unternehmer von der Bauvorbereitung bis zum erfolgreichen Projektabschluss
  • Koordination sämtlicher Gewerke sowie Überwachung der Arbeitsabläufe hinsichtlich Terminen, Kosten und Qualität
  • Organisation und Leitung von Bausitzungen sowie Durchführung von Offertverhandlungen und Abrechnungen
  • Ansprechpartner für Bauherren, Architekten, Fachplaner, Behörden, Unternehmer und weitere Anspruchsgruppen
  • Sicherstellung einer effizienten und professionellen Projektabwicklung auf anspruchsvollen Hochbauprojekten

Ihr Profil ##

  • Ausbildung als eidg. dipl. Bauleiter/in, Techniker/in HF Hochbau oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung als Bauleiter/in im Schweizer Hochbau
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse der relevanten SIA-Normen
  • Erfahrung in der Ausschreibungs- und Vergabephase von Vorteil
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office sowie gängiger Bauadministrationssoftware wie Provis, Bluebeam oder Dalux
  • Verhandlungsgeschick und Durchsetzungsvermögen in der Zusammenarbeit mit unterschiedlichen Anspruchsgruppen
  • Strukturierte, selbstständige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Teamplayer mit hoher Eigeninitiative und ausgeprägter Kommunikationsstärke
