bauleiter im wohnbau, 80-100% (w/m/d)

aufgaben

  • sie übernehmen die bauleitung für mittlere bis grosse wohnbauprojekte mit eigentumswohnungen und bürobauten
  • sie steuern die baustellen vor ort, koordinieren die beteiligten fachplaner sowie unternehmen, behörden und kunden
  • ebenfalls sind sie für die bauadministration, die devisierung, ausschreibungen, preisverhandlungen sowie vergabeanträge zuständig
  • der regelmässige und intensive kontakt mit bauherren, architekten, behörden sowie kunden gehört auch zu ihren anspruchsvollen aufgaben
  • des weiteren sind sie für die kostenüberwachung, die terminplanung und die sicherstellung der ausführungsqualität verantwortlich
  • die durchführung von abnahmen, die sicherstellung der mängelbeseitigung, die übergabe und die schlussabrechnung runden ihr äusserst interessantes aufgabengebiet ab
  • das arbeitspensum kann, je nach wunsch, zwischen 80 und 100% liegen

anforderungen

  • sie verfügen über eine ausbildung als zeichner architektur / hochbauzeichner, zimmermann, maurer oder über eine gleichwertige bauhandwerkliche grundausbildung (w/m/d)
  • zudem konnten sie bereits berufserfahrung als bauleiter in der schweiz sammeln und kennen die normen, gesetze sowie vorschriften
  • eine weiterbildung als bauleiter oder bautechniker ist von vorteil, jedoch keine bedingung
  • bezeichnen sie sich als ganzheitlich denkend, durchsetzungsfähig und gut organisiert?
