Für die MOBILL Baumanagement AG suchen wir per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung eine:n Bauleiter:in 80–100% für unseren Standort direkt beim Hauptbahnhof Zürich. Bei uns begleitest du anspruchsvolle Bauprojekte von der Planung bis zur Schlüsselübergabe und übernimmst dabei echte Verantwortung. Was dich erwartet Verantwortung für eigene Bauprojekte Ausschreibungen, Vergaben und Koordination der Unternehmer Direkter Austausch mit Bauherren und Projektpartnern Mitwirkung bei wirtschaftlichen Projektoptimierungen Begleitung der Projekte von der ersten Kostenschätzung bis zur Schlüsselübergabe Perspektive zur Weiterentwicklung als Projektleiter Du passt zu uns, wenn du eine Ausbildung im Bau\- oder Architekturbereich mitbringst, beispielsweise als Zeichner:in EFZ oder :in dich zum/zur Bauleiter:in oder Techniker:in HF weitergebildet hast praktische Erfahrung auf dem Bau mitbringst unternehmerisch und lösungsorientiert denkst Freude an Koordination, Verantwortung und Teamarbeit hast sicher mit BauPlus und MS Office arbeitest und idealerweise Erfahrung mit Realview mitbringst Als Teil der MOBILL Gruppe arbeitest du eng mit unseren Bereichen Architektur, Immobilien und Verwaltung zusammen.
