Für Submission, Kostenmanagement, Baubuchhaltung und Nachtragsmanagement suchen wir am Standort Zürich eine engagierte Persönlichkeit im Baumanagement.

 

Sie unterstützen unsere Projektteams bei der organisatorischen, kaufmännischen und technischen Abwicklung anspruchsvoller Bauprojekte. Je nach Erfahrung und Interesse können Sie zusätzlich Aufgaben in der Bauleitung und Projektsteuerung übernehmen. 

 

Ihr Schwerpunkt liegt insbesondere bei 

- Erstellung und Bearbeitung von Leistungsverzeichnissen und Submissionen 

- Durchführung und Begleitung von Ausschreibungen und Vergaben 

- Kostenplanung, Kostenkontrolle und Kostenverfolgung 

- Rechnungswesen und Baubuchhaltung 

- Prüfung und Bearbeitung von Unternehmerrechnungen 

- Nachtragsmanagement und Prüfung von Nachtragsforderungen 

- Kontrolle und Bewirtschaftung von Werkverträgen 

- Unterstützung bei Terminplanung und Kostensteuerung 

- Aufbereitung von Entscheidungsgrundlagen für Bauherrschaft und Projektleitung 

- Zusammenarbeit mit Architekt:innen, Fachplaner:innen, Unternehmern und Bauleitungen 

 

Das bringen Sie mit 

- Ausbildung oder Studium im Bereich Architektur, Bauingenieurwesen, Baumanagement

- Erfahrung im Baumanagement eines Architekturbüros oder Planungsunternehmens 

  • Gute Kenntnisse in Submission, Kostenmanagement, Rechnungswesen und Vertragswesen  
  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit Unternehmern und Nachträgen 

- Gute Kenntnisse der gängigen EDV- und Bauadministrationsprogramme 

- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift 

- Selbständige, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise 

- Freude an der Zusammenarbeit mit unterschiedlichen Projektbeteiligten
