Wir sind ein dynamisches Team von 9 Mitarbeitenden und ein in der Region Bern Mittelland und Solothurn tätiges Architekturbüro mit Sitz in Kirchberg. Unser Auftragsbereich beinhaltet eine breite Palette von Um\- und Neubauten in den Bereichen Wohnbau, öffentliche Bauten sowie Gewerbe\- und Industriebau.

Wir brauchen Verstärkung in unserem Team und suchen:

Bauleiter/in Hochbau (80\-100%)

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Organisation und Kontrolle der Baustelle
  • Terminieren und Baustellenabläufe (Bauprogramm)
  • Ausschreibungen/Submissionen erstellen (MesserliBAUAD)
  • Ausarbeiten der Werkverträge
  • Kostenkoordination (Rechnungsprüfung, Kostenkontrolle, Bauabrechnung)
  • Betreuung der Bauherren/Kunden während der Bauphase
  • Bauabnahme/Mängelbehebung/Garantieabnahme

Ihre Kompetenzen

  • Sie verfügen über eine abgeschlossene Berufslehre als Zeichner/in EFZ Fachrichtung Architektur, Hochbauzeichner/in oder eine abgeschlossene Berufslehre im Bauhauptgewerbe
  • Sie absolvierten eine Weiterbildung als Bauleiter/in oder Techniker/in HF Bauplanung Vertiefung Architektur (oder in Ausbildung), oder Sie bringen langjährige Erfahrung als Bauleiter/in mit
  • Sie können fundierte Kenntnisse in der Bauadministrations\-Softaware (vorzugsweise in MesserliBAUAD) ausweisen und sind versiert in der Anwendung von MS\-Office
  • Sie besitzen Sinn für das Wesentliche und arbeiten resultat\- und lösungsorientiert, zudem verfügen Sie über eine selbständige, strukturierte und exakte Arbeitsweise
  • Sie haben Durchsetzungsvermögen, können gut organisieren und koordinieren
  • Sie verfügen über ein kunden\- und teamorientiertes Verhalten
