Für ein etabliertes und dynamisches Unternehmen im Bauwesen suchen wir laufend zur Verstärkung des Teams eine engagierte Persönlichkeit als Bauleiter/in im Hochbau – per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung.

Ihre Aufgaben: In dieser verantwortungsvollen Position arbeiten Sie selbstständig innerhalb eines jungen, kompetenten Projektteams und sind massgeblich an der Realisierung anspruchsvoller Neu- und Umbauprojekte beteiligt. Sie fungieren als zentrale Schnittstelle zwischen Architekten, Fachplanern, Spezialisten und Unternehmern vor Ort.

Ihr Aufgabenbereich umfasst:

Mitarbeit von der Projektierungsphase bis zur Realisierung Erstellung von Submissionen und Vergaben Bauleitung und Koordination vor Ort Kostenkontrolle und Bauabrechnung Begleitung von Garantiearbeiten

Ihr Profil:

Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Hochbauzeichner/in, Bauleiter/in, Hochbautechniker/in TS, Architekt/in FH oder gleichwertig Erfahrung im Bereich Wohn-, Verwaltungs- und Geschäftsbauten von Vorteil Organisationsstärke sowie Koordinations- und Verhandlungsgeschick Selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise Durchsetzungsvermögen und Verantwortungsbewusstsein Gute IT-Anwenderkenntnisse Freude an der Zusammenarbeit mit verschiedenen Anspruchsgruppen

Auch motivierte und lernbereite Persönlichkeiten aus verwandten Berufsrichtungen sind willkommen.
