Ein etabliertes Ingenieurbüro mit integrierter Bauunternehmung sucht nach Absprache eine selbstständige Persönlichkeit als

Bauleiter/-in Tief- und Bahnbau 80 - 100 %

Das Unternehmen plant, baut und begleitet Infrastrukturprojekte aus einer Hand. Der Standort Bern bearbeitet anspruchsvolle Vorhaben im Tief- und Bahnbau; der Einsatzort der Bauleitung liegt in Bern und/oder im Aargau. Ergänzend zur örtlichen Bauleitung gehören Submission, Leistungsverzeichnisse und die Unterstützung der Projektleitung bei der Projektierung zum Auftrag.

Ihre Aufgaben * Selbstständige Führung von Bauleitungen in allgemeinen Tief- und Bahnbauprojekten * Einsatz vor Ort in der Region Bern und/oder Aargau * Erstellen von Submissionsunterlagen und Leistungsverzeichnissen * Überwachung von Terminen, Kosten und Qualität der Bauausführung * Unterstützung der Projektleiterinnen und Projektleiter bei der Projektierung * Koordination der beteiligten Unternehmer, Fachplaner und Bauherrschaft * Anwendung der NPK-Kataloge für Ausschreibungen sowie Ausmasse

Ihr Profil * Hochschulabschluss als Bauingenieur/-in BSc / MSc (FH / ETH) oder gleichwertig * Berufserfahrung in der Bauleitung von Tief- und Bahnbauprojekten * Erfahrung mit NPK-Katalogen für Ausschreibungen und Ausmasse * Selbstständige Arbeitsweise mit hohen Qualitätsansprüchen * Sicherer und konstruktiver Kommunikationsstil * Zuverlässigkeit, kreative Lösungsansätze und Teamorientierung
