Wir suchen ein/e Bauleiter:in Ausführung GU/TU für unsere Geschäftsstelle in Gisikon. Bei uns erwarten dich spannende Projekte von Geschäfts\- und Wohnungsbauten über Holzhochhäuser bis hin zu Industriebauen und wir bieten dir eine moderne Arbeitsumgebung. Das bewegst du

  • Als Bauleiter:in führst, realisierst und koordinierst du Neubauprojekte vom Projektbeginn bis zur mängelfreien Übergabe als GU/TU
  • Du devisierst und führst aktiv den Vergabeprozess an Subunternehmer
  • Du führst Baustellen im Team unter Berücksichtigung der sicherheitstechnischen, terminlichen, qualitativen und quantitativen Vorgaben
  • Du bist die Drehscheibe vor Ort und erster Ansprechpartner für Subunternehmer, Lieferanten, Planer, die Bauherrschaft und Behörden

Deshalb gelingt es dir

  • Dipl. Bauleiter:in, Techniker:in TS, Hochbauzeichner:in oder gleichwertige Ausbildung/Weiterbildung
  • Mehrjährige Bauleitungserfahrung in Projekten im Bereich Neubau (GU/TU)
  • Du besitzt sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Du bist teamfähig, ein guter Organisator, verantwortungsbewusst, ergebnisorientiert, flexibel, belastbar, arbeitest proaktiv, effizient und besitzt ein gesundes Durchsetzungsvermögen
