Stellenbeschreibung ##

  • Selbstständige Leitung und Organisation von Gipser- und Trockenbauprojekten
  • Koordination von Baustellen, Terminen und Personal
  • Qualitätssicherung und Überwachung der Ausführungsarbeiten
  • Kosten- und Leistungsüberwachung, Rapportwesen und Abrechnung
  • Ansprechpartner für Bauherren, Architekten und Subunternehmer

Wir erwarten ##

  • Abgeschlossene Berufslehre als Gipser, Stuckateur oder vergleichbare Ausbildung
  • Weiterbildung zum Bauleiter, Polier oder Techniker von Vorteil
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Bauleitung oder Projektleitung im Gipsergewerbe
  • Organisationstalent, Durchsetzungsvermögen und hohe Eigenverantwortung
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, Führerschein Kat. B
