Bei der Post Baulogistik AG gestalten wir die Baustellenlogistik von morgen: effizient, zuverlässig und clever durchdacht – von der Planung bis zur Umsetzung. So schaffen wir Freiraum, damit sich unsere Kund*innen auf das konzentrieren können, was wirklich zählt. Als Baulogistik Teamleiter*in übernimmst du gemeinsam mit dem Baustellenmanager auf unserer Baustelle in Bern eine Schlüsselrolle und arbeitest eng mit den wichtigsten Partnern vor Ort zusammen. Projektanstellung bis Ende Dezember 2029 mit Option auf eine unbefristete Festanstellung.

Deine Hauptaufgaben • Gemeinsam mit dem Baustellenmanager bist du für sämtliche Logistikthemen auf dem Baufeld verantwortlich und sorgst für einen reibungslosen Ablauf der Baustellenlogistik • Du förderst eine professionelle Kommunikation und Zusammenarbeit mit allen Neben- und Subunternehmern und fungierst als zentrale Ansprechperson für Handwerker, Unternehmer und weitere Projektbeteiligte vor Ort • Du koordinierst die Arbeitsabläufe auf dem Baufeld und auf den Installationsplätzen und stellst einen optimalen Baustellenbetrieb sowie für eine durchdachte Versorgungs- und Entsorgungslogistik sicher • Du führst das Baulogistikteam vor Ort und arbeitest eng mit dem Baustellenmanager zusammen • Du nimmst an Bausitzungen teil und vertrittst die Anliegen der Baulogistik gegenüber Bauleitung und Unternehmern • Du setzt die baulogistischen Vorgaben um und unterstützt deren kontinuierliche Optimierung • Du überwachst die Einhaltung der Logistik-, Sicherheits- und Ordnungsvorgaben auf der Baustelle

Deine Voraussetzungen • Abgeschlossene Grundausbildung (EFZ) im Bauhaupt- oder Baunebengewerbe beziehungsweise in einem handwerklichen Beruf • Erste Erfahrung in der Führung oder Koordination kleiner Teams, beispielsweise als Vorarbeiterin, Gruppenführerin oder Teamleiter*in • Idealerweise Erfahrung in der Baustellen- oder Baulogistik oder vertieftes Interesse an organisatorischen Abläufen auf Baustellen • Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit sowie ein sicheres Auftreten gegenüber Unternehmern, Handwerkern und Bauleitungen • Selbstständige, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise • Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift • Sicherheit im Umgang mit digitalen Tools (MS Office, Logistikplattformen) • Von Vorteil sind ein Führerausweis der Kategorie C, ein Kranausweis Kategorie A sowie Ausweise R4 (Teleskoplader) oder M3 (Radlader)
