Für ein Architekturbüro mit Standorten in Zürich und St. Gallen suchen wir am Standort Zürich eine Baumanagerin oder einen Baumanager. Das Büro entwickelt und realisiert seit 1981 anspruchsvolle private und öffentliche Bauaufgaben und begleitet Vorhaben über sämtliche Planungs- und Ausführungsphasen. Architektur, Planung und Baumanagement arbeiten eng zusammen; der direkte Austausch zwischen den Fachbereichen gehört zur Bürokultur.

Sie unterstützen die Projektteams bei der organisatorischen, kaufmännischen und technischen Abwicklung anspruchsvoller Bauprojekte im Raum Zürich. Je nach Erfahrung und Interesse können Sie zusätzlich Aufgaben in der Bauleitung und Projektsteuerung übernehmen.

Ihr Schwerpunkt liegt auf der Erstellung und Bearbeitung von Leistungsverzeichnissen und Submissionen, der Durchführung und Begleitung von Ausschreibungen und Vergaben sowie auf Kostenplanung, Kostenkontrolle und Kostenverfolgung. Sie führen Rechnungswesen und Baubuchhaltung, prüfen Unternehmerrechnungen, bearbeiten Nachträge und Nachtragsforderungen und bewirtschaften Werkverträge. Sie unterstützen die Terminplanung und Kostensteuerung, bereiten Entscheidungsgrundlagen für Bauherrschaft und Projektleitung auf und arbeiten mit Architektinnen und Architekten, Fachplanung, Unternehmern und Bauleitungen zusammen.

Gesucht wird eine Person mit Ausbildung oder Studium in Architektur, Bauingenieurwesen oder Baumanagement und mit Erfahrung im Baumanagement eines Architekturbüros oder Planungsunternehmens. Sie bringen gute Kenntnisse in Submission, Kostenmanagement, Rechnungswesen und Vertragswesen mit, haben Praxis im Umgang mit Unternehmern und Nachträgen und beherrschen die gängigen EDV- und Bauadministrationsprogramme. Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, eine selbständige, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise sowie Freude an der Zusammenarbeit mit unterschiedlichen Projektbeteiligten sind Voraussetzung. Pensum 80 - 100 %, Arbeitsort Zürich.
