bauprojektleiter / architekt, 80-100% (w/m/d)

aufgaben

  • als allrounder bearbeiten und begleiten sie anspruchsvolle umbaubauprojekte
  • der schwerpunkt liegt dabei in der projektentwicklung, projektleitung und in der ausführung, bereich entwurf nur bei selber zu bearbeitenden projekten
  • des weiteren beteiligen sie sich an der gestaltung von erneuerungsprojekten und neubauten sowie an der kostenermittlung
  • die durchführung von baubewilligungsverfahren sowie die projekt- und ausführungsplanung gehören ebenfalls in ihr anspruchsvolles aufgabengebiet
  • bei eignung sowie interesse besteht die möglichkeit, zustandsanalysen von bestehenden liegenschaften auszuarbeiten
  • das arbeitspensum kann, je nach wunsch, zwischen 80 und 100% liegen

anforderungen

  • sie verfügen über eine schweizer ausbildung / weiterbildung als architektin / architekt
  • alternativ ist auch ein hochbauzeichner / zeichner architektur oder maurer / zimmermann mit einer weiterbildung als als bauleiter, projektleiter oder bautechniker hf hochbau denkbar
  • ich wende mich an eine persönlichkeit, welche wert auf ein kollegiales und sich wertschätzendes arbeitsumfeld legt
  • bezeichnen sie sich zudem als gut organisiert, lösungsorientiert und kooperativ?
