bauprojektleiter, bauleiter oder junior bauleiter im hochbau, 80-100% (m/w/d)

aufgaben

  • je nach ausbildung und erfahrung übernehmen sie bauprojektleitungen, bauleitungen oder sie arbeiten als junior bauleiter
  • sie führen verhandlungen mit unternehmen sowie lieferanten und koordinieren alle spezialisten am bau
  • zudem erstellen sie die devisierungen sämtlicher arbeitsgattungen
  • ausserdem übernehmen sie die kompetente bauleitung vor ort
  • die protokollführung, die termin- und kostenkontrolle sowie die qualitätskontrolle gehören ebenfalls zu ihren wichtigen aufgaben
  • abschliessend sind sie für das nachtrags- und regiewesen sowie für allfällige garantiearbeiten verantwortlich
  • das arbeitspensum kann, je nach wunsch, zwischen 80 und 100% betragen

anforderungen

  • sie verfügen über einen abschluss als architekt eth / fh, bauleiter, bautechniker bauprojektleiter hochbau oder gleichwertig (w/m/d)
  • alternativ ist aber auch ein gelernter und ambitionierter zeichner architektur / hochbauzeichner oder bauhandwerker (bspw. maurer, zimmermann) möglich
  • erfahrung in einem tu- oder gu-unternehmen ist von grossem vorteil, jedoch keine bedingung
  • wenn sie zudem eine gut organisierte, aufgestellte und motivierte persönlichkeit sind, ...
