Als Bauprojektleiter GU/TU Deutsch & Französisch übernimmst Du die Verantwortung für anspruchsvolle Innenausbauprojekte in der gesamten Schweiz. Du sorgst dafür, dass Termine, Kosten und Qualität stimmen und bist die wichtige Schnittstelle zwischen Kund:innen, Fachplanern, Subunternehmern und internen Teams in der Deutsch- und Westschweiz.

Deine Aufgaben: Eigenverantwortliche Leitung und Steuerung anspruchsvoller GU-/TU-Projekte Organisation, Koordination und Überwachung aller Gewerke und Projektbeteiligten Verantwortung für Termin-, Kosten- und Qualitätsmanagement Durchführung von Bausitzungen und Baustellenbegehungen Steuerung und Kontrolle von Subunternehmern und Lieferanten Sicherstellung der Einhaltung aller Normen, Vorschriften und Sicherheitsstandards Professionelle Projektkommunikation in Deutsch, Englisch und Französisch Laufendes Reporting sowie aktives Risiko- und Nachtragsmanagement Abnahme, Übergabe und erfolgreicher Abschluss der Projekte

Das bringst Du mit: Ausbildung oder Studium im Bauwesen, z. B. als Bauleiter:in, Techniker:in HF/FH, Architekt:in oder Bauingenieur:in Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Leitung von Bau- oder Innenausbauprojekten Fundierte Kenntnisse in Bauabläufen, Kostensteuerung und Qualitätssicherung Verhandlungssichere Französischkenntnisse sowie sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse Selbständige, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise Kommunikationsstärke, Verhandlungsgeschick und Durchsetzungsvermögen Kenntnisse der Schweizer Bauvorschriften und Normen von Vorteil Reisebereitschaft innerhalb der Schweiz
