Ihre Aufgaben Eigenverantwortliche Leitung anspruchsvoller Bauprojekte von der Projektvorbereitung bis zur Abnahme und ÜbergabeKoordination von Auftraggebern, Behörden, Planern, Subunternehmen und internen FachbereichenBegleitung von Ausschreibungen, Vergaben und VertragsverhandlungenSteuerung von Kosten, Terminen, Qualität und ProjektbudgetsPrüfung von Rechnungen sowie Bearbeitung von Nachträgen und ProjektänderungenOrganisation von Bauabnahmen, Mängelbehebung und Projektdokumentation Das bringen Sie mit Technische Ausbildung im Bereich Hochbau, Architektur, Bauingenieurwesen, Bautechnik oder eine vergleichbare QualifikationMehrjährige Erfahrung als Bauprojektleiter:in, Projektleiter:in Hochbau, Bauleiter:in oder in einer vergleichbaren FunktionErfahrung in der Abwicklung und Koordination anspruchsvoller BauprojekteGutes technisches Verständnis sowie Kosten\- und QualitätsbewusstseinSelbständige, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte ArbeitsweiseSehr gute Deutschkenntnisse sowie gute ösischkenntnisse für Projekte in der Schweiz und im angrenzenden Ausland Erfahrung mit öffentlichen Auftraggebern, Ausschreibungen, Leistungsverzeichnissen oder Nachtragsmanagement ist von Vorteil, aber nicht zwingend Voraussetzung.
