Uster, drittgrösste Stadt im Kanton Zürich, ist mit rund 38'000 Einwohnerinnen und Einwohnern eine dynamisch wachsende Stadt im Grossraum Zürich und bekannt als innovatives Regionalzentrum.

Die Abteilung Finanzen ist eine von sieben Abteilungen der Stadtverwaltung. Sie umfasst die beiden Geschäftsfelder Finanzen und Liegenschaften und beschäftigt rund 140 Mitarbeitende.

Das Geschäftsfeld Liegenschaften sucht per 1\. November 2026 oder nach Vereinbarung eine umsetzungsstarke und initiative Person als

Bauprojektleiterin oder Bauprojektleiter 80 \- 90%

Deine Hauptaufgaben

  • Zuständig für das bauherrenseitige Projektmanagement des städtischen Immobilienportfolios
  • Umsetzung der Bauprojekte mit Ziel «Netto Null bis 2040» in Ergänzung mit Photovoltaikanlagen
  • Ganzheitliches Projektmanagement von der Planung bis zur Ausführung und Inbetriebnahme
  • Erarbeitung von Entscheidungsgrundlagen für Stadt\- und Gemeinderat sowie Primarschulpflege
  • Finanz\- und Budgetverantwortung inkl. Controlling über die zugeteilten Bauprojekte
  • Evaluation, Koordination und Führung von externen Spezialistinnen und Planern
  • Proaktive Zusammenarbeit mit allen internen und externen Projektbeteiligten wie Nutzern, Planerinnen, Behörden, Ämtern und Dritten

Das bringst Du mit

  • (Fach\-)Hochschulabschluss als Architektin oder Architekt ETH resp. FH
  • Weiterbildung oder ausgewiesene Fachkenntnisse mit Erfahrung im Projektmanagement
  • Erfahrung als Bauherrenvertreterin oder \-vertreter bei der öffentlichen Hand oder einer institutionellen Bauherrschaft von Vorteil
  • Gewinnende und teamfähige Persönlichkeit mit hohem Grad an Eigeninitiative und Durchsetzungsvermögen
  • Gewandtheit im schriftlichen und mündlichen Ausdruck sowie Verhandlungsgeschick
