  • Du stellst die Material- und Produktionsbereitschaft gemäss den Projekt- und Fertigungsterminplänen sicher.
  • Du leitest die erforderlichen Material- und Fertigungsbedarfe aus Projektplänen, Stücklisten und Terminplänen ab.
  • Du erstellst, planst und terminierst Fertigungsaufträge in SAP und stellst deren korrekte Projektzuordnung und termingerechte Umsetzung sicher.
  • Du koordinierst und initiierst geeignete Massnahmen in enger Zusammenarbeit mit Einkauf, Produktion, Engineering, Projektleitung und Logistik.
  • Du stellst die Qualität und Aktualität der planungs- und fertigungsrelevanten Daten in SAP sicher.
  • Du unterstützt bei der Umsetzung technischer Änderungen in laufenden und geplanten Fertigungsaufträgen.
  • Du erkennst Optimierungspotenziale in der Bedarfsplanung, Arbeitsvorbereitung und Produktionsabwicklung und wirkst aktiv bei deren Umsetzung mit.

Das bringst du mit

  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Bedarfsplanung, Arbeitsvorbereitung, Produktionsplanung, Materialdisposition oder projektbezogenen Beschaffung
  • Abgeschlossene technische oder kaufmännische Ausbildung mit ausgeprägtem technischem Verständnis; eine Weiterbildung in Logistik, AVOR, Produktionsplanung, Einkauf oder Supply Chain ist von Vorteil
  • Sehr gutes Verständnis von Stücklisten, Fertigungsaufträgen, Terminplänen und Materialflüssen in einem industriellen oder projektorientierten Umfeld
  • Technisches Verständnis für Hardware, elektronische Komponenten und Baugruppen, idealerweise mit Erfahrung im Bereich Leiterplatten und Elektronik
  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit ERP-Systemen, idealerweise SAP, sowie in der Zusammenarbeit mit Einkauf, Lieferanten, Engineering und Produktion
  • Fähigkeit, technische Unterlagen und Materialanforderungen zu verstehen sowie Abhängigkeiten zwischen Material, Technik und Produktion zu erkennen
  • Hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein, Verlässlichkeit und eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise in einem projektkritischen Umfeld

Dann erwartet dich bei RUAG eine vielseitige Aufgabe in der Bedarfsplanung und Arbeitsvorbereitung (AVOR) - an der Schnittstelle von Engineering, Einkauf, Logistik und Produktion.

  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Bedarfsplanung, Arbeitsvorbereitung, Produktionsplanung, Materialdisposition oder projektbezogenen Beschaffung
