Bediener Laser-Stanz-Kombi (Trumpf TruMatic 7000) 100%

Die Trumpf TruMatic 7000 ist das Herzstück unserer Fertigung. Als Bediener dieser Anlage sind Sie verantwortlich für einen reibungslosen, qualitativ hochwertigen Produktionsablauf und bringen echtes Fachwissen in der Blechbearbeitung mit.

Ihre Aufgaben: - Selbstständiges Einrichten, (im Idealfall) Programmieren und Bedienen der Laser-Stanz-Kombimaschine Trumpf TruMatic 7000. - Überwachung des laufenden Produktionsprozesses sowie Sicherstellung der Teilequalität und Massgenauigkeit. - Erkennen und Beheben von Störungen sowie Durchführung von Wartungs- und Pflege arbeiten an der Anlage. - Prüfung der eingesetzten Materialien auf Qualität. - Enge Zusammenarbeit mit der Arbeitsvorbereitung und den angrenzenden Fertigungsbereichen.

Ihr Profil: - Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Anlagen- und Apparatebauer, Polymechaniker, Schlosser oder vergleichbare Qualifikation — oder fundierte Berufserfahrung in der Blechbearbeitung (zwingend). - Nachgewiesene Erfahrung im Umgang mit Trumpf-Maschinen, idealerweise TruMatic7000. - Gutes technisches Verständnis und sicheres Lesen von technischen Zeichnungen. - Selbstständige, präzise und qualitätsbewusste Arbeitsweise. - Teamfähigkeit und Zuverlässigkeit. - gute Deutschkenntnisse
