Das Zentrum für Soziales ist einer der grössten Verbände seiner Art in der Schweiz. Im Auftrag von 28 Gemeinden mit einem Einzugsgebiet von über 100'000 Personen sind wir mit grossem Engagement, niederschwellig und vernetzt in folgenden Bereichen tätig: Kindes- und Erwachsenenschutzbehörde (KESB), Berufsbeistandschaft, Sozialberatung, Mütter- und Väterberatung, Suchtberatung und Schulsozialarbeit. Die KESB (Kindes- und Erwachsenenschutzbehörde) hat die Aufgabe, den Schutz von Kindern, Jugendlichen und Erwachsenen sicherzustellen, die nicht in der Lage sind, die für sie notwendige Unterstützung selbstständig einzuholen.

Ihre Aufgaben ###

  • Leitung/Instruktion von Verfahren und Durchführung von Abklärungen in der KESB
  • Einzel- und Kollegialentscheide im Kindes- und Erwachsenenschutz
  • Erteilung von Abklärungs- und Gutachtensaufträgen an Dritte
  • Durchführung von Anhörungen
  • Fachliche Aufsicht über laufende Massnahmen
  • Instruktion/Beratung von Berufsbeistandspersonen und privaten Beistandspersonen
  • Zusammenarbeit mit Fachstellen, Gemeinden und Institutionen im Kindes- und Erwachsenenschutz
  • Fallunabhängige Öffentlichkeitsarbeit der Behörde KESB

Das bringen Sie mit ###

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium der Rechtswissenschaft, vorzugsweise mit Anwaltspatent
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung, vorzugsweise im Bereich Familienrecht
  • Kenntnis der zivil- und verwaltungsrechtlichen Verfahren
  • Führerausweis Kat. B
  • Belastbare, durchsetzungsstarke und integre Persönlichkeit mit Teamgeist
  • Sehr gute kommunikative Fähigkeiten und stilsicherer schriftlicher Ausdruck
  • hohe Affinität für die interdisziplinäre Zusammenarbeit sowie für die Gemeindestrukturen einer Region
  • Fähigkeit, Prioritäten zu setzen
  • Empathie gegenüber Menschen in schwierigen Lebenssituationen
