Fislisbach ist eine attraktive Wohngemeinde mit 6'150 Einwohnern und gehört zu den grösseren Gemeinden am Rohrdorferberg und im Reusstal. Die Sozialen Dienste Fislisbach erbringen ihre Dienstleistungen für insgesamt vier Gemeinden. Zur Ergänzung des polyvalenten Teams suchen wir per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung eine/n

Beiständin/Beistand/Sozialarbeiterin/Sozialarbeiter (80 - 100 %) ##

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Führen von Mandaten im Kindes- und Erwachsenenschutzbereich
  • Führen von Dossiers der materiellen Sozialhilfe
  • Fachspezifische Administration und Berichte (Abklärungsberichte bei Gefährdungsmeldungen)
  • Immaterielle Beratung von Menschen in persönlichen, finanziellen und rechtlichen Angelegenheiten
  • Interdisziplinäre Zusammenarbeit mit Drittstellen und Behörden

Ihr Profil

  • Abschluss in sozialer Arbeit (FH/HF) oder Weiterbildung im Sozialbereich oder die Bereitschaft eine solche Weiterbildung zu absolvieren, CAS-Mandatsführung von Vorteil
  • Kaufmännische Grundausbildung mit Erfahrung in Sozialer Arbeit in einer Gemeindeverwaltung oder ähnlichen Organisationen
  • Gute Kenntnisse über die Sozialversicherungen
  • Belastbarkeit, Teamfähigkeit sowie eigenverantwortliches Handeln
  • Organisationsfähigkeit und Fähigkeit zur Priorisierung der Aufgaben
  • Gute Kenntnisse der Windows-Umgebung sowie ein Flair für administrative Tätigkeiten, Kenntnisse des Programms Tutoris erleichtern den Einstieg
