Bemusterer (m/w/d) – MedTech, 80\-100%

Ihre Hauptaufgaben

  • Planung, Koordination sowie selbständige Durchführung von Werkzeugqualifizierungen und Bemusterungen an Spritzgussmaschinen gem. geltenden internen Verfahren sowie regulatorischen Anforderungen
  • Planung, Durchführung und Auswertung von Design of Experiments (DOE) zur Ermittlung optimaler Prozessparameter und zur Unterstützung von Prozessvalidierungen sowie \-optimierungen
  • GMP\-gerechte, vollständige und nachvollziehbare Dokumentation sämtlicher Bemusterungs\-, Qualifizierungs\- und Validierungstätigkeiten einschliesslich der Erstellung der erforderlichen Unterlagen und Berichte
  • Ermittlung, Optimierung und Freigabe von Spritzgussprozessen unter der Berücksichtigung der Qualitäts\-, Prozess\- und Wirtschaftlichkeitsanforderungen

Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossene technische Berufsbildung, vorzugsweise als Kunststofftechnologe EFZ (Fachrichtung Spritzguss), Polymechaniker EFZ, Werkzeugmacher, Produktionsmechaniker oder Vergleichbares
  • Abgeschlossene Weiterbildung im Bereich Kunststofftechnik, Verfahrenstechnik, Prozessoptimierung oder Medizinaltechnik ( Techniker HF, Kunststofftechniker oder ähnliches)
  • Zwingend erforderlich sind Kenntnisse der Anforderungen aus ISO 13485 und GMP
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Kunststoffverarbeitung, vorzugsweise im Spritzguss
  • Erfahrung in einem regulierten Produktionsumfeld (vorzugsweise in der Medizinaltechnik, Pharma\- oder Lebensmittelindustrie), im Umgang mit Spritzgussmaschinen, mit Werkzeugbemusterungen und \-qualifizierungen sowie Prozessvalidierungen
  • Kenntnisse in der Analyse von Qualitätsabweichungen und der Umsetzung von Korrektur\- und Vorbeugemassnahmen (CAPA)
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS\-Office, ERP (SAP, ProAlpha oder Ähnliches) und verschiedenen CAQ\- bzw. Qualitätsmanagementsystemen
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse und gute Englischkenntnisse (Niveau B1/B2\)
