Berater\* für Technik und Verkauf im Innendienst Deine Aufgaben Technische Beratung und Unterstützung von Heizungs\- und Elektroinstallateuren, Planern sowie Endkunden Verkauf der Produkte und Zubehörteile von alpha innotec Erstellung von Angeboten und Auftragsbestätigungen Erstellen und Versenden von Auftragsdossiers an die Installationspartner Unterstützung des Außendienstes in technischen und vertrieblichen Belangen Konzeptionelle Abklärungen für den Kundendienst, zur technischen Unterstützung ab Geräteauslieferung bis zum Ablauf der Garantie Erarbeitung der Grundlagen für die Erstellung kundenspezifischer Anlagenschemata durch das Produktmanagement Enge Zusammenarbeit mit der Leitung Vertriebsinnendienst und dem Kundendienst Reklamationsbearbeitung, Retouren und Gutschriften sowie Pflege der Kundendaten in SAP Mitarbeit in Projekten Das bringst du mit Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung im Bereich Gebäudetechnik, z. B. als Gebäudetechnikplaner, Heizungs\- oder Elektroinstallateur oder vergleichbare Qualifikation Fundierte Fachkenntnisse im Bereich Heizungs\- und Hydrauliktechnik Erfahrung in der Elektrotechnik sowie mit Wärmepumpen Berufserfahrung im Verkaufsinnendienst oder in der Kundenbetreuung Kaufmännische Weiterbildung (z. B.
