Wir sind das Team der Behinderungsspezifischen Beratung Sprache (BBSprache) am ZASS. Uns verbindet eine klare Vision: Wir möchten Kindern und Jugendlichen mit komplexen Sprachbedürfnissen optimale Entwicklungschancen in der Regelschule ermöglichen. Beratung verstehen wir als einen ganzheitlichen und kreativen Prozess. Wir begegnen Lehrpersonen und Fachteams auf Augenhöhe, um sie bei Fragen oder Unsicherheiten professionell zu stärken.

Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams im Kanton Aargau suchen wir dich per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung als:

Berater:in BBSprache 50-100%

Was dich erwartet: Du bist Begleiter:in und Impulsgeber:in für die Regelschulen. Dabei gestaltest du den Prozess flexibel und zielgerichtet- ? Professionelle Unterstützung: Du berätst Lehrpersonen und Fachteams bei fachlichen Fragen und bietest Sicherheit im Umgang mit komplexen Sprachbedürfnissen. ?Ganzheitliche Beratung: Gemeinsam mit den Schulen entwickelst du kreative Lösungen, damit Schüler:innen ihre Kompetenzen voll einbringen können. ? Individuelle Begleitung: Du orientierst dich an den aktuellen Bedürfnissen vor Ort und begleitest Übergänge sowie Unterrichtsprozesse kompetent. ? Vernetzung: Du förderst den fachlichen Austausch und organisierst bedarfsorientierte Austauschgefässe im Schulhaus.

 

Was du mitbringst: Wir suchen eine Persönlichkeit, die unsere Werte teilt und Fachwissen mit Herz kombiniert- ? Expertise: Du verfügst über fundierte Erfahrung im sonderpädagogischen Bereich und handelst fachlich sicher. Wünschenswert sind zudem Beratungserfahrungen, eine Beratungsausbildung oder die Bereitschaft bzw. das Interesse, eine entsprechende Weiterbildung zu absolvieren. ? Haltung: Du schätzt die Arbeit auf Augenhöhe und bringst eine hohe Eigenreflexion mit. ? Eigenverantwortung: Du arbeitest gerne selbstständig, flexibel und schätzt die Abwechslung zwischen dem Standort Turgi und kantonsweiten Einsätzen (eigener PKW von Vorteil).  ? Kreativität: Du verstehst Beratung als dynamischen Prozess und findest Freude an individuellen Lösungswegen.

Deine Ferien kannst du flexibel auch ausserhalb der unterrichtsfreien Zeit (Schulferien) planen.
