Der Kundenservice & Direktvertrieb (KuDi) der Schwyzer Kantonalbank ist die zentrale Anlaufstelle für unsere Kundinnen und Kunden und vereint die Bereiche Inbound, Outbound, Vertriebssupport und Digital Banking Support. Berater / Beraterin Kundencenter

  • Serviceorientierte Bearbeitung von eingehenden Kundenanrufen und E-Mails
  • Exzellente Beratung und gezielter Verkauf von Basisprodukten in den Bereichen Konto, Karte, Digital Banking und Vorsorge
  • Proaktive Kundenansprache, um Informationen zu geben, Anliegen zu klären oder gezielte Angebote zu unterbreiten
  • Qualitativ hochwertige Terminvergabe für beratungsintensive Anliegen und komplexe Geschäfte

 

Damit gelingt es Ihnen:

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Grundausbildung oder Handelsschule
  • Hervorragende Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Offene und kommunikative Persönlichkeit mit Freude am Telefonieren
  • Hohes Einfühlungsvermögen im Umgang mit Menschen und Begeisterung, Kunden kompetent und lösungsorientiert zu unterstützen
  • Ausgeprägte Wissbegierde und die Fähigkeit, das erworbene Wissen effektiv in die Praxis umzusetzen
