Das erwartet dich -----------------

* Du repräsentierst die AKB im Erstkontakt und empfängst unsere Kundinnen und Kunden am Welcome Desk.

  • Es bereitet dir Freude, Neukundinnen und Neukunden sowie die bestehende Kundschaft in den Basisdienstleistungen zu beraten und weitergehende Bedürfnisse abzuklären.
  • Den Kundenkontakt pflegst du auch am Learning Desk, wo du unsere vielfältigen digitalen Kanäle vorstellst und unsere Kundschaft in der Anwendung unterstützt.
  • Du bist für die Abwicklung des Kundenservices am Cash Desk (Ein\-/Auszahlungen, Change) verbunden mit der Bewirtschaftung des Bargeldbestandes und des Geldautomaten verantwortlich.
  • Es gelingt dir, das Potenzial von Kundinnen und Kunden zu erkennen und diese an die entsprechenden Stellen weiterzuvermitteln.

  • Du interessierst dich für Menschen und ihre Geschichten und kannst sie von dir und der AKB begeistern.
  • Den ersten Schritt in die Berufslaufbahn hast du vorzugsweise mit einer abgeschlossenen bankfachlichen Grundausbildung gemacht.
  • Du möchtest deine bestehenden Kenntnisse der Produkte und Serviceleistungen im Basis\-Dienstleistungssegment weiter vertiefen.
  • Ein erfolgreicher Tag bedeutet für dich, wenn du einen regen persönlichen Austausch mit unseren Kundinnen und Kunden vor Ort in Wohlen pflegen kannst.
  • Die Zusammenarbeit im Team mit , und Jasmin ist dir ebenso wichtig wie eine selbstständige Arbeitsweise.
