The posting

Die Beratungsstelle castagna ist eine vom Kanton Zürich anerkannte Opferberatungsstelle. Wir beraten, begleiten und unterstützen Menschen, die in ihrer Kindheit oder Jugend sexualisierte Gewalt erlebt haben, sowie deren Bezugspersonen und Fachpersonen. Darüber hinaus engagieren wir uns in der Sensibilisierung der Öffentlichkeit und fördern die fachliche Auseinandersetzung mit den Folgen sexualisierter Gewalt in der Kindheit und Jugend.

Per 1. Januar 2027 oder nach Vereinbarung suchen wir eine neue Kolleg:in zur Verstärkung unseres Beratungsteams.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Psychosoziale und rechtliche Beratung von Betroffenen sowie deren Bezugspersonen
  • Krisenintervention
  • Begleitung im Strafverfahren
  • Beratung von Fachpersonen
  • Abklärungen, Vermittlungen und Triagen im Rahmen der Opferhilfe
  • Zusammenarbeit und Vernetzung mit Fachstellen und Behörden
  • Administrative und organisatorische Tätigkeiten
  • Öffentlichkeitsarbeit
  • Durchführung von Weiterbildungen

Wir wünschen uns

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium in Sozialer Arbeit, Psychologie oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der psychosozialen Beratung sowie eine abgeschlossene Weiterbildung im beratenden oder psychotherapeutischen Bereich
  • Fachwissen im Bereich sexualisierter Gewalt
  • Kenntnisse im Opferhilferecht oder einen abgeschlossenen CAS Opferhilfe
  • Teamfähigkeit, Belastbarkeit und Flexibilität

Wir sind ein kleines, engagiertes Team, das im engen Austausch miteinander arbeitet. Wir denken gemeinsam, diskutieren fachlich mit Leidenschaft und unterstützen uns gegenseitig. Dabei geht es auch einmal lebhaft zu. Wichtig ist uns eine offene, wertschätzende Zusammenarbeit, in der jede Person ihre Perspektiven, Erfahrungen und Stärken einbringen kann.

Voraussetzung für eine Bewerbung ist ein abgeschlossenes Studium in Sozialer Arbeit, Psychologie oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung. Bewerbungen ohne entsprechende Grundausbildung können im Auswahlverfahren leider nicht berücksichtigt werden.
