Und wie hältst du's mit Cannabis? Wir von der Rivamo AG, sind der Vertriebspartner vom Verein Swiss Cannabis Research, welcher ein Forschungsprojekt zur Abgabe von Cannabisprodukten zu «Genusszwecken» (sog. Cannabis Pilotversuch) durchführt. Unterstütze jetzt unser Team und leiste Pionierarbeit in diesem spannenden Bereich.

Wir brauchen dich als Berater/in im Stundenlohn für unser Swiss Cannabis Center in der Region St. Gallen, Wil und Winterthur

Der Verein Cannabis Research führt in St. Gallen einen Cannabis Pilotversuch, dessen Onboarding für Studienteilnehmende im Mai 2026 gestartet ist. Für unser Onboardingcenter in St. Gallen, Wil und Winterthur suchen wir als Unterstützung eine/n motivierte/n Berater/in im Stundenlohn, mit einem Pensum von ca. 80%, welche/r über eine dienstleistungsorientierte Art mit ausgeprägter "Hands\-on\-Mentalität" verfügt.

Was ist Deine Mission im Swiss Cannabis Center? Du führst selbstständig Onboardinggespräche mit unseren potenziellen Studienteilnehmenden durch, informierst die Studienteilnehmenden über unsere Bio\-Cannabisprodukte, stehst für Beratungsgespräche zur Verfügung und verkaufst die Produkte. Dies unter Anwendung eines Präventions\-, Jugendschutz\- und Gesundheitsschutzkonzepts.

Was bringst du als Berater/in mit

  • Das Thema Cannabis spricht dich an
  • Du hast eine Ausbildung und ausgewiesene Erfahrung in einem Beruf im Gesundheitssektor oder in der Hotellerie / Gastronomie
  • Kunden\- und Dienstleistungsorientierung stehen bei dir an erster Stelle
  • Du bist eine flexible, kommunikative und exakte Person
  • Du bist ab Oktober / November 2026 verfügbar
  • Du bist sicher im Umgang mit MS\-Office Programmen und allgemein computeraffin
  • Du arbeitest gerne mit Menschen
  • Du sprichst fliessend deutsch und besitzt die Fähigkeit umfassende Beratungen auf englisch durchzuführen
  • Du bist motiviert in einer Pionierrolle etwas zu bewegen
  • Du bist flexibel was den Arbeitsort angeht: Hauptarbeitsort Swiss Cannabis Center St. Gallen mit Bereitschaft, in Wil und Winterthur auszuhelfen
  • Die Anstellung erfolgt im Stundenlohn mit einem Pensum von ca. 80%
