Was du bewirkst ##

  • Du arbeitest Hand in Hand mit unseren Versicherungsberaterinnen und Versicherungsberatern sowie den Kolleginnen und Kollegen der Bank zusammen und gewährleistest eine ganzheitliche Beratung.
  • Du berätst und begleitest Kundinnen und Kunden umfassend in den Bereichen Vermögen, Anlegen, Vorsorge und Finanzieren.
  • Du gewinnst aktiv neue Kundinnen und Kunden und baust dein Kundenportfolio sowie dein Netzwerk in der Region kontinuierlich aus.
  • Du erkennst Chancen im Markt, handelst unternehmerisch und setzt die definierte Marktbearbeitung mit Engagement und Eigeninitiative erfolgreich um.
  • Du repräsentierst unsere Bank authentisch, kompetent und überzeugend und schaffst nachhaltiges Vertrauen bei Kundinnen und Kunden.
  • Du organisierst deinen Arbeitsalltag eigenverantwortlich, nutzt die dir gebotenen Freiräume und übernimmst Verantwortung für deinen nachhaltigen Geschäftserfolg.

Was du mitbringst ##

  • Abgeschlossene Bankausbildung sowie eine Weiterbildung im Bank-, Finanz- oder betriebswirtschaftlichen Bereich
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der ganzheitlichen Beratung von Kundinnen und Kunden im Banking-, Anlage-, Finanzierungs- oder Private-Banking-Umfeld
  • SAQ-Zertifizierung (Affluent oder Individualkundenberatung) oder die Bereitschaft, diese zu erwerben
  • Freude am Aufbau nachhaltiger Kundenbeziehungen sowie eines starken Netzwerks in der Region
  • Ausgeprägtes Gespür für Kundenbedürfnisse, hohe Beratungs- und Abschlusskompetenz sowie Leidenschaft für die Gewinnung neuer Kundinnen und Kunden
  • Unternehmerische Denkweise, Eigeninitiative und der Wille, Chancen aktiv zu erkennen und zu nutzen
  • Authentisches, gewinnendes Auftreten sowie ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Beziehungsfähigkeiten
  • Stilsichere Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
