Die FMH ist der Berufsverband der Ärztinnen und Ärzte in der Schweiz. Sie ist gleichzeitig auch die Dachorganisation der kantonalen Ärztegesellschaften und medizinischen Fachgesellschaften. Mit über 47‘000 Mitgliedern umfasst sie praktisch den gesamten ärztlichen Berufsstand in der Schweiz. Die FMH setzt sich aktiv für eine zukunftsgerichtete und nachhaltige Gesundheitsversorgung ein. Die Ausbildung der Medizinischen Praxisassistentinnen und Praxisassistenten (MPA EFZ) nimmt hier eine wesentliche Rolle ein. Das MPA\-Kompetenzzentrum, als Teil des Bereiches Berufsentwicklung \& Public Health (insgesamt 7 Mitarbeitende), beaufsichtigt u.a. die überbetrieblichen Kurse (üK) für die Auszubildenden und koordiniert und betreut die Gremien, welche die Aus\- und Weiterbildung der MPA EFZ in der Schweiz sicherstellen. Zur Verstärkung suchen wir per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung ein Organisationstalent mit rascher Auffassungsgabe. Bereichsassistenz Berufsentwicklung und MPA\-Kompetenzzentrum 50 \- 60 % (m/w/d) Ihre Aufgaben Selbständiges Führen des Sekretariats MPA\-Kompetenzzentrum und operative Unterstützung der entsprechenden Gremien (Korrespondenzen D/F, Sitzungsorganisation und Protokollführung, Rechnungskontrollen etc.) Auskunftsstelle für MPA, Ärztinnen und Ärzte Unterhalt und Aktualisieren der Website Mitarbeit bei Projekten Was Sie mitbringen Kaufmännische Grundausbildung (oder MPA EFZ) mit solider Berufspraxis in einem ähnlichen Umfeld Interesse an Fragestellungen im Bereich Berufsentwicklung und MPA Stilsicheres Deutsch, gute Kenntnisse der ösischen Sprache in Wort und Schrift (mind.
