Ihre Aufgabe

Sie übernehmen die kommerzielle, personelle und strategische Gesamtverantwortung des Bereichs im Raum Zürichsee / Rapperswil. Dabei führen Sie nicht vom Schreibtisch aus, sondern sind präsent – bei Ihren Mitarbeitenden, Ihren Kunden und im Markt.

Zu Ihren wichtigsten Aufgaben gehören:

  • Führung, Förderung und Weiterentwicklung Ihres Teams
  • Pflege bestehender Kundenbeziehungen sowie Gewinnung neuer Geschäftsmöglichkeiten
  • Unternehmerische Verantwortung für Umsatz, Budget und Ertrag
  • Weiterentwicklung der Unternehmensstrategie
  • Sicherstellung einer wirtschaftlichen und qualitativ hochwertigen Projektabwicklung
  • Aktive Zusammenarbeit mit Kunden, Partnern und internen Anspruchsgruppen

Was Sie mitbringen

Sie verfügen über fundierte Führungserfahrung in der Elektrobranche und verstehen sowohl das technische als auch das betriebswirtschaftliche Umfeld.

Idealerweise bringen Sie mit:

  • Weiterbildung als Elektromeister oder eine gleichwertige Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in einer leitenden Führungsfunktion
  • Unternehmerisches Denken und hohe Eigenverantwortung
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikations\- und Entscheidungskompetenz
  • Freude daran, Menschen zu entwickeln und gemeinsam Erfolge zu erzielen
