Die Abteilung Lebenswelten der Evangelisch\-reformierten Landeskirche des Kantons Zürich gestaltet den Dialog zwischen Kirche und Gesellschaft mit digitalen und analogen Bildungsformaten. Bereichsleiter:in Administration (70 %) -------------------------------------------

In dieser vielseitigen Funktion übernehmen Sie eine zentrale Drehscheibenrolle für organisatorische, administrative und führungsbezogene Anliegen der Abteilung. Sie schaffen verlässliche Rahmenbedingungen, sorgen für strukturierte Geschäftsablagen und koordinieren die Finanzen der Abteilung.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Leitung des Sekretariats und Sicherstellung effizienter Abläufe sowie Führung von zwei Mitarbeitenden
  • Unterstützung der Abteilungsleitung bei organisatorischen, administrativen und führungsbezogenen Aufgaben
  • Verantwortung für Abteilungsfinanzen und Finanzprozesse
  • Koordination abteilungsübergreifender Aufgaben und Prozesse
  • Zentrale Ansprechperson innerhalb und ausserhalb der Abteilung
  • Selbstständige Planung und Umsetzung grösserer Aufträge und Projekte
  • Organisation von Sitzungen und Terminen inkl. Protokollführung und Aufbereitung von Unterlagen
  • Organisation von Dokumentenablagen und Unterstützung in der Geschäftsverwaltung

Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung und mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in vergleichbarer Position
  • Weiterbildung im Office Management und Erfahrung mit KI\-Tools
  • Sehr gute Anwenderkenntnisse in SharePoint, Microsoft 365, Microsoft Dynamics 365 und CMI (Geschäftsverwaltungssystem)
  • Führungserfahrung und Freude an der Begleitung von Mitarbeitenden
  • Ausgeprägtes Organisationsgeschick, strukturierte Arbeitsweise, Selbstständigkeit und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
  • Kommunikationsstarke, dienstleistungsorientierte Persönlichkeit mit Freude an der Zusammenarbeit über Abteilungsgrenzen hinweg
