Bereichsleiter/in Bau, Infrastruktur \& Werke (BIW) und Mitglied der Geschäftsleitung (80 \- 100 %) Sie sind bereit, zu kommunizieren, Projekte zu koordinieren und die Gemeinde weiterzuentwickeln. Dann sind Sie bei uns richtig. Unsere Auftraggeberin ist die Gemeinde Alpnach / OW eine attraktive Wohngemeinde am Ufer des Alpnacher Sees und am Fusse des Pilatus mit über 6‘600 Einwohnerinnen und Einwohnern. Eine hohe Wohn\- und Tourismusattraktivität sowie eine generell verkehrstechnisch günstige Lage zeichnen die Gemeinde aus. Im Zuge der Weiterentwicklung der Strukturen und des Personalausbaus suchen wir per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung eine Persönlichkeit als Bereichsleiter/in und Mitglied der Geschäftsleitung (80 – 100 %) Sie übernehmen eine vielseitige Führungsfunktion. Sie sind verantwortlich für die operative Leitung der Abteilungen Bauamt/Raumplanung, Erschliessung/Tiefbau (inkl. Wasserversorgung), Liegenschaften/Infrastruktur sowie des Werkdienstes. Ihr Team besteht aus 4 Abteilungsleitenden und rund 25 Mitarbeitenden. Sie planen gemeinsam mit Ihren Abteilungsleitenden die Projekte und überwachen die Umsetzung. Weiter übernehmen Sie administrative Arbeiten (Erstellung von Botschaften und Beschlüssen etc.) und sorgen für eine angemessene Kommunikation innerhalb des Bereichs wie auch gegenüber dem Einwohnergemeinderat. Zudem nehmen Sie an Kommissionssitzungen teil und vertreten Ihren Bereich innerhalb der Geschäftsleitung. Wir freuen uns auf eine/n Generalisten/in, der/die über einen kaufmännischen Hintergrund mit Verwaltungserfahrung und engem Baubezug, oder über einen bautechnischen Werdegang mit Verwaltungserfahrung verfügt. Projektmanagement macht Ihnen Spass. Ideal sind mehrjährige Führungserfahrung sowie Freude an administrativen Arbeiten. Ihre hohe Dienstleistungsbereitschaft, Belastbarkeit und Durchsetzungsfähigkeit, kombiniert mit politischem Gespür runden Ihr Profil ab.
