Ihre Aufgaben    In dieser Funktion übernehmen Sie die fachliche, personelle und betriebswirtschaftliche Führung des Bereichs Elektroinstallation. Sie pflegen bestehende Kundenbeziehungen und akquirieren neue Aufträge, um das Dienstleistungsportfolio unseres Kunden erfolgreich weiterzuentwickeln. Zudem stellen Sie eine wirtschaftliche, termin- und qualitätsgerechte Projektabwicklung sicher und koordinieren interne Ressourcen sowie externe Partner effizient und vorausschauend. Sie treiben die strategische Weiterentwicklung des Bereichs voran, erschliessen neue Geschäftsmöglichkeiten und fördern die Digitalisierung sowie das Prozessmanagement. Darüber hinaus führen, fördern und entwickeln Sie Ihr Team sowie die Lernenden und schaffen ein Umfeld, in dem Mitarbeitende ihre Stärken einbringen können.

Ihr Profil    Sie verfügen über eine abgeschlossene Weiterbildung als eidg. dipl. Elektroinstallateur:in und bringen mehrjährige Berufs- und Führungserfahrung in der Elektrobranche mit. Fundierte Kenntnisse im Bereich Stark- und Schwachstromanlagen setzen wir voraus. Unternehmerisches Denken, Kundenorientierung und ein überzeugendes Auftreten zeichnen Sie ebenso aus wie eine selbstständige, verantwortungsbewusste und teamorientierte Arbeitsweise. Sie verstehen es, Mitarbeitende zu motivieren, Projekte zielgerichtet zu steuern und den Bereich nachhaltig weiterzuentwickeln.
