Du willst Verantwortung übernehmen, medizinische Expertise mit strategischer Gestaltung verbinden und die Zukunft der Arbeitsmedizin gemeinsam mit einem starken interdisziplinären Team prägen?  

 

Was du bewirkst- 

  • Du führst vier Teams mit rund-30-Fachärztinnen und Fachärzten der Arbeitsmedizin und übernimmst die fachliche sowie personelle Gesamtverantwortung.--
  • Du gestaltest die medizinische Weiterentwicklung der Beurteilung von Berufskrankheiten und bist für die Qualitätssicherung und Optimierung der Arbeitsabläufe verantwortlich.  
  • Deine Expertise zu Berufskrankheiten bringst du-in-strategische-interne und externe Projekte sowie-Fachgremien-ein und trägst zur Umsetzung unseres Vorsorgeauftrags bei.
  • Du-stellst-die Weiterbildung von Assistenzärztinnen und Assistenzärzten zur Fachärztin bzw. zum Facharzt für Arbeitsmedizin-sicher.--
  • Du arbeitest-eng-mit verschiedenen Bereichen der Suva-zusammen-und pflegst das Netzwerk zu medizinischen Stakeholdern in Kliniken und Fachgesellschaften.-- 
  • Die vakante Stelle ist infolge Pensionierung zu besetzen.

 

Was du mitbringst    

  • Du bist Fachärztin oder Facharzt für Arbeitsmedizin und hast Erfahrung in der Beurteilung von Berufskrankheiten und deren Verhütung.
  • In deiner bisherigen Laufbahn-hast-du idealerweise bereits erste Erfahrung in der Führung sowie im Qualitäts- und Projektmanagement-gesammelt.--
  • Du interessierst dich für wissenschaftliche Fragestellungen und engagierst dich in der Öffentlichkeitsarbeit.--
  • Du arbeitest gerne interdisziplinär,-förderst den-fachlichen-Austausch und führst Sitzungen und Workshops zielgerichtet zum Erfolg.--
  • Du-denkst vernetzt, erkennst Entwicklungsmöglichkeiten-und-setzt-neue Ideen-wirkungsvoll um.--
  • Du verfügst über stilsichere Deutschkenntnisse. Gute Französisch- und Englischkenntnisse sind ein grosser Vorteil.
