Die Gemeinde Rümlang grenzt im Süden an die Stadt Zürich. Im Osten ist sie durch den Flughafen Zürich begrenzt, im Norden und im Westen öffnen sich die weiten Landschaften des Unterlandes. Mit rund 8'300 Einwohnerinnen und Einwohnern entwickelt sich Rümlang dynamisch und steht vor vielfältigen baulichen und raumplanerischen Herausforderungen. Im Geschäftsfeld Bau \& Entwicklung übernehmen wir eine aktive bei der nachhaltigen Gestaltung unseres Gemeindegebiets.

Aufgrund der bevorstehenden Pensionierung unseres langjährigen Bausekretärs per Ende 2027 sowie zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir per 1\. 2027 oder früher nach Vereinbarung eine engagierte und fachlich versierte Persönlichkeit als

Bereichsleiter/\-in Hochbau – Bausekretär/\-in mit Führungsverantwortung 100%

Als eine der wenigen Gemeinden prüfen wir Baugesuche vollständig intern und führen Baukontrollen selbst durch (Ausnahme Feuerpolizei). Dadurch arbeiten Sie fachlich breit, mit hoher Eigenverantwortung und direktem Einfluss auf die bauliche Entwicklung unserer Gemeinde.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Fachliche und personelle Führung des Bereichs Hochbau mit drei Mitarbeitenden
  • Selbständige Prüfung und Beurteilung von Baugesuchen inkl. Erarbeitung von baurechtlichen Entscheiden
  • Gesamtverantwortung für einen effizienten, termingerechten und rechtssicheren Baubewilligungsprozess (inkl. Vorbereitung und Durchführung der Sitzungen der Baukommission)
  • Weiterentwicklung und Optimierung digitaler Arbeitsinstrumente
  • Kompetente Beratung von Bauherrschaften, Planenden und Baubehörde in anspruchsvollen Fragestellungen
  • Enge und lösungsorientierte Zusammenarbeit mit kantonalen und kommunalen Fachstellen
  • Aktive Mitwirkung an raumplanerischen Fragestellungen sowie an der Weiterentwicklung von Richt\- und Nutzungsplanung
  • Mitarbeit in der Planungskommission
  • Verantwortung für Budgetplanung, \-überwachung und Mitwirkung beim Abschluss im Bereich Hochbau

Ihr Profil

  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Baugesuchsprüfung, idealerweise auf Gemeindeebene
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse im öffentlichen Bau\- und Planungsrecht
  • Ausgewiesene Führungserfahrung
  • Strukturierte, selbständige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Hohe Entscheidungsstärke, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und sicheres Auftreten
  • Vertiefte Kenntnisse im Bereich Raumplanung von Vorteil
