Eine wachsende Einwohnergemeinde am Jurasüdfuss sucht eine fachlich starke und kommunikationssichere Persönlichkeit für den Hochbau und als Stellvertretung der Leitung Bau + Planung. Die Gemeinde zählt rund 5'600 Einwohnerinnen und Einwohner, liegt direkt westlich der Kantonshauptstadt und führt eine eigene Bauverwaltung mit Hochbau, Tiefbau, Planung und Baupolizei. Aktuelle Vorhaben umfassen unter anderem Schulraum, Kindergarten und die Weiterentwicklung gemeindeeigener Liegenschaften.

Sie führen den Bereich Hochbau operativ und vertreten die Abteilungsleitung. Sie arbeiten eng mit Behörden, Kommissionen, Planenden und Unternehmern zusammen und halten Kosten, Termine und Qualität im Griff.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Fachliche und organisatorische Leitung des Bereichs Hochbau
  • Stellvertretung der Leitung Bau + Planung
  • Bauherrenfunktion für Neu-, Um- und Sanierungsbauten der Gemeinde über die relevanten SIA-Phasen
  • Steuerung von Planern, Fachplanern und Unternehmern; Submission, Werkverträge, Kosten- und Termincontrolling
  • Mitwirkung bei Baugesuchen, Nutzungsplanung und Geschäften der Bau- und Umweltkommission
  • Unterhalt und Entwicklung der gemeindeeigenen Gebäude inkl. Prioritäten- und Investitionsplanung
  • Beratung von Gemeinderat, Kommissionen und Bevölkerung in Hochbaufragen
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Tiefbau, Werkhof und Hauswartung

Ihr Profil

  • Ausbildung als Architekt/in FH/ETH, Bauingenieur/in, dipl. Bauverwalter/in, Techniker/in TS Hochbau oder gleichwertig
  • Mehrjährige Praxis im Schweizer Hochbau, idealerweise mit Bauherren- oder Gemeindeerfahrung
  • Sicheres Baurecht (kantonales PBG/KBV) und SIA-Abläufe
  • Führungskompetenz, Verhandlungsstärke und Gremientaugsamkeit
  • Strukturierte, belastbare Arbeitsweise, sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse
  • Pensum 80 - 100 %
