Wo über 3'600 Mitarbeitende zusammenarbeiten, treffen täglich auch unterschiedliche Welten aufeinander: medizinische und nichtmedizinische Bereiche, Führung und Mitarbeitende sowie strategische Ziele und operative Realität. Als Bereichsleitung HRM gibst du dieser Vielfalt eine Richtung und gestaltest gemeinsam mit deinem rund vierzig-köpfigen Team die Zusammenarbeit am Kantonsspital Graubünden. Du bist präsent, auf Augenhöhe und weisst, wie du unterschiedliche Interessen in eine gemeinsame HR-Ausrichtung überführst. Gleichzeitig möchtest du aktiv strategisch und operativ gestalten und dabei wirklich nah an den Menschen sein? Perfekt, dann freuen wir uns auf deine Bewerbung bis 16. Oktober 2026!

Das sind deine Aufgaben ##

Das bringst du mit ##

  • Du treibst die Weiterentwicklung von HR-Strategie, Prozessen, Strukturen und Instrumenten voran und setzt Impulse für ein modernes, serviceorientiertes HRM
  • Du führst den HRM-Bereich fachlich und personell, entwickelst ihn gemeinsam mit den Abteilungsverantwortlichen weiter, überträgst Verantwortung und gibst gleichzeitig Orientierung
  • Du setzt Schwerpunkte bei Arbeitgeberattraktivität, Fachkräftesicherung, Personalentwicklung und Kultur
  • Du bringst die HR-Perspektive aktiv in die Unternehmensentwicklung ein, begleitest Veränderungsprozesse und bist Sparringspartner:in für Führungskräfte auf allen Ebenen
  • Erfahrung in der Führung von Führungskräften, idealerweise in einem komplexen HRM-Umfeld, vorzugsweise im Gesundheitswesen
  • Unternehmerisches Denken und ein Verständnis für die Zusammenhänge zwischen Menschen, Organisation, Wirtschaftlichkeit und Leistungsauftrag
  • Eine klare, verbindliche und adressatengerechte Kommunikation - du überzeugst im Dialog, hörst aktiv zu und verstehst es unterschiedliche Interessen zusammenzuführen
  • Ein souveränes und lösungsorientiertes Auftreten, auch in anspruchsvollen Situationen, eine hohe Sozialkompetenz sowie Kenntnisse über die relevanten arbeitsrechtlichen und personalwirtschaftlichen Rahmenbedingungen der Schweiz
