In den Niederlassungen Basel, Bern, Luzern, St. Gallen, Vaduz und Zürich arbeiten mehr als 120 Spezialistinnen und Spezialisten verschiedenster Fachrichtungen. Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams am Standort Zürich, suchen wir per 1\. März 2027 eine/n Bereichsleiter/in Property \& Casualty (m/w/d) Bereichsleiter/in Property \& Casualty (m/w/d) Was du bewegst Du führst und entwickelst die Mitarbeitenden des P\&C\-Teams und nimmst sämtliche, damit in Zusammenhang stehenden, Führungsaufgaben wahr Du übernimmst die Hauptverantwortung für die Betreuung von namhaften nationalen und internationalen Kunden in Sach\-, Haftpflicht\- und Transportversicherungen Du entwickelst den Bereich P\&C kontinuierlich weiter und stellst die Einhaltung der Prozesse, die Rentabilität sowie die Dienstleistungsqualität sicher Du pflegst die Kontakte mit Spezialisten der Versicherungsgesellschaften Du unterstützt bei Akquisitionsprojekten Du arbeitest in Projektteams mit Du stellst den Kommunikations\- und Informationsfluss in Deinem Funktionsbereich sicher Weshalb dir das gelingt Du verfügst über mehrjährige qualifizierte Erfahrung im Unternehmensgeschäft eines Versicherungsbrokers oder eines Versicherers Du hast fundierte Kenntnisse des internationalen Geschäfts Du verfügst über ausgewiesene Führungserfahrung Du bewegst Dich versiert in allen MS\-Office\-Programmen und hast eine hohe IT\-Affinität Du verfügst über die Fähigkeit, in stilsicherem Deutsch und Englisch in Wort und Schrift zu kommunizieren Du bist dienstleistungsorientiert, empathisch und verfügst über eine hohe Sozialkompetenz Deine Belastbarkeit und Deine Flexibilität sowie Deine effiziente und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise runden Dein Profil ab Was dich bei uns erwartet Wir sind darauf, ein modernes, zukunftsorientiertes Familienunternehmen zu sein.
