Wila im Tösstal, mit über 2200 Einwohnerinnen und Einwohnern, ist eine beliebte Wohngemeinde in einem attraktiven Naherholungsgebiet. Die Stelleninhaberin geht im Frühjahr 2027 in Pension. Deshalb suchen wir für unser kleines, kunden- und dienstleistungsorientiertes Verwaltungsteam per 1. März 2027 oder nach Vereinbarung, eine initiative, kompetente und menschlich überzeugende Persönlichkeit als

Bereichsleiter/in Soziales (80 %) ##

Ihre Hauptaufgaben ###

  • Fachliche Führung des Sozialamtes
  • Abklärungen und Beratungen, Betreuungen von Sozialhilfebezügerinnen und -bezügern
  • Führung der Dossiers, Verantwortung für den Vollzug der gesetzlichen wirtschaftlichen Hilfe
  • Koordinationsaufgaben bei der Unterbringung und Betreuung von Asylsuchenden
  • Zusammenarbeit mit diversen Fachstellen (Sozialdienst, Schulen, Spitex, KESB, etc.)
  • Kontaktstelle für Kinder-, Jugend- und Familienfragen, Fachstelle Alter
  • Verfassen von Anträgen, Sekretariat der Sozialbehörde, Umsetzung von Beschlüssen
  • Mitarbeit in Projekten und Arbeitsgruppen, zum Teil inkl. Protokollführung
  • Budgetierung und Kostenkontrolle im Verantwortungsbereich
  • Mitwirkung bei der Lehrlingsausbildung

Das bringen Sie mit ###

  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung, idealerweise in einer vergleichbaren Aufgabe
  • Bereitschaft, sich noch fehlendes Wissen anzueignen
  • Sehr gute IT-Anwenderkenntnisse
  • Stilsicheres Deutsch, in Wort und Schrift
  • Sozial- und Beratungskompetenz sowie die Fähigkeit, auch in anspruchsvollen Situationen klar, konsequent und respektvoll zu kommunizieren
  • Freude am Kontakt mit Menschen
  • Selbständigkeit, Flexibilität, Belastbarkeit und die Fähigkeit sich abzugrenzen
