Als langjähriger Partner von Hörmann bieten wir unseren Kunden umfassende Lösungen rund um Haustüren, Brandschutztüren, Garagentore, Industrietore und weitere hochwertige Abschlusssysteme. Von unserem Kompetenzcenter in Samstagern ZH sowie den Standorten Schänis SG und Morgarten ZG aus beraten wir Architekten, Generalunternehmen, Bauherrschaften und Unternehmen in der ganzen Schweiz.

Unsere Abteilung Türen \+ Tore wächst stark – für die Gesamtverantwortung suchen wir eine erfahrene Führungspersönlichkeit als:

Bereichsleiter:in Türen \+ Tore (w/m/d)

Was sind deine Aufgaben?

Du trägst die Gesamtverantwortung für Umsatz, Ergebnis und Qualität der Abteilung Türen \+ Tore mit rund 25 Mitarbeitenden – und schaffst die Strukturen, damit dein Team das Wachstum bewältigen kann.

Führung und Steuerung:

– Personelle und fachliche Führung der Abteilung (Verkauf, AVOR, Montageplanung, Montage \& Service)

– Direkte Leitung von Verkauf und Innendienst: Priorisierung der Anfragen, Offert\- und Auftragsabwicklung

– Führung von Service\- \& Reparaturwesen und Montage, über die Führungspersonen (Chefmonteur und Serviceleitung)

– Kapazitäts\- und Ressourcenplanung inkl. Subunternehmer, Rekrutierung und Teamaufbau

– Etablieren und Weiterentwickeln klarer Abläufe und Verantwortlichkeiten von der Anfrage bis zur Installation

– Budget\- und Ergebnisverantwortung, Kennzahlen und Berichterstattung an die Geschäftsleitung

Verkauf und Projekte:

– Betreuung von Schlüsselkunden und Leitung grösserer Projekte

– Mitwirkung bei Grossprojekten, komplexen Offerten und wichtigen Entscheiden des Verkaufsteams

– Marktbearbeitung bei Architekten, Generalunternehmen, Bauherrschaften

– Marketingmassnahmen wie Direktmarketing, Digitalmarketing und Messen – in enger Zusammenarbeit mit unserer Marketingabteilung

Entwicklung:

– Bereichsstrategie zusammen mit der Geschäftsleitung – neue Verkaufsfelder, Services und Produkte

– Prozessoptimierung und Weiterentwicklung der ERP\-Nutzung (Abacus) mit unserem ERP/IT\-Team

– Pflege der Partnerschaft mit Hörmann gemeinsam mit der Geschäftsleitung

Wann passt du zu uns?

– Mindestens 5 Jahre Führungserfahrung mit Teams ab 10 Personen

– Erfahrung im Verkauf und in der Projektleitung im Objekt\- und Industriegeschäft, z. B. Baunebengewerbe, Gebäudetechnik oder Metallbau

– Unternehmerisches Denken – Budget, Marge und Kapazität sind für dich Führungsinstrumente

– Erfahrung im Aufbau und in der Optimierung von Prozessen in einem KMU

– Technische Grundausbildung mit Weiterbildung (z. B. Techniker:in HF, Betriebswirtschaft, Führung) oder gleichwertig

– Du bist präsent, entscheidungsfreudig und nah bei deinen Leuten – ohne Tempo und Übersicht zu verlieren

– Stilsicheres Deutsch in Wort und Schrift

– Kenntnisse in Toren, Türen und Antrieben sowie Abacus\-Erfahrung von Vorteil
