RhySearch ist das führende Forschungs- und Innovationszentrum in der Schweiz in den Bereichen Optische Beschichtung, Ultrapräzisionsfertigung und dem Querschnittsthema Digitale Innovation. Wir betreiben angewandte Forschung und Entwicklung in Zusammenarbeit mit Hightech-Unternehmen und anderen Forschungseinrichtungen und sind vom Staatssekretariat für Bildung, Forschung und Innovati-on (SBFI) als Technologiekompetenzzentrum von nationaler Bedeutung anerkannt. Mit unseren Anlagen und Maschinen, sowie unserer Messtechnik sind wir einzigartig in der Schweiz.

Für die Leitung und Weiterentwicklung eines strategisch wichtigen Bereichs suchen wir als

Bereichsleitung Digital Innovation Lab (a)

eine innovative und gestaltungsstarke Führungspersönlichkeit mit einem etablierten Netzwerk in Indust-rie und Forschung. Mit Ihrer Erfahrung in der Akquise und Umsetzung von Innovations- und For-schungsprojekten, Ihrem technologischen Verständnis und Ihrer Leidenschaft für den Wissens- und Technologietransfer gestalten Sie die Weiterentwicklung des Digital Innovation Labs aktiv mit und tra-gen dazu bei, die Position von RhySearch als führendes Technologie- und Innovationszentrum nachhal-tig zu stärken.

Ihre Aufgaben

* Gesamtverantwortung für die strategische, operative und wissenschaftliche Führung des Digital Innovation Labs sowie dessen Weiterentwicklung als Kompetenzzentrum für Digitalisierung und datengetriebene Innovation * Akquise, Leitung und erfolgreiche Umsetzung von Forschungs- und Entwicklungsprojekten so-wie Ausbau von Kooperationen mit Industrie-, Forschungs- und Förderpartnern * Verantwortung für Budget, Umsatz und Ressourceneinsatz des Bereichs sowie Sicherstellung eines nachhaltigen Geschäftserfolgs * Aktive Mitgestaltung der Unternehmensstrategie als Mitglied der Geschäftsleitung sowie Verantwortung für die Umsetzung der strategischen Ziele im eigenen Bereich * Weiterentwicklung digitaler Kompetenzen und innovativer Lösungen zur Stärkung der Technologiebereiche Optical Coating and Characterization Lab und Ultra Precision Manufacturing Lab * Führung, Förderung und Weiterentwicklung des Teams sowie Verantwortung für Rekrutierung und Personalentwicklung * Aufbau und Pflege strategischer Partnerschaften mit Industrie, Hochschulen, Förderinstitutionen und weiteren relevanten Stakeholdern * Repräsentation von RhySearch und des Digital Innovation Labs an Fachveranstaltungen, Konferenzen und Netzwerken im In- und Ausland * Mitwirkung bei strategisch wichtigen Organisations- und Infrastrukturprojekten sowie bei der Positionierung von RhySearch als führendes Technologie- und Innovationszentrum Ihr Profil * Hochschulabschluss (Promotion) in Informatik, Ingenieurwissenschaften oder einer verwandten technischen beziehungsweise naturwissenschaftlichen Disziplin * Mehrjährige Führungs- und Managementerfahrung in einem technologie-, innovations- oder forschungsnahen Umfeld * Nachweislich erfolgreich in der Entwicklung von Kooperationen zwischen Forschungseinrichtungen und Industrie sowie im Aufbau nachhaltiger Netzwerke mit relevanten Akteuren aus Wirtschaft, Wissenschaft und öffentlicher Hand * Erfahrung in der Akquise, Leitung oder strategischen Weiterentwicklung von Forschungs-, Innovations- oder Entwicklungsprojekten * Unternehmerisches Denken sowie ausgeprägte strategische, organisatorische und kommunikative Fähigkeiten * Führungspersönlichkeit mit hoher Sozialkompetenz, Entscheidungsstärke und der Fähigkeit, Teams zu motivieren und weiterzuentwickeln * Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse * Bereitschaft zu Reisen innerhalb der Region sowie gelegentlich darüber hinaus
