Die Interkantonale Hochschule für Heilpädagogik (HfH) ist das bedeutendste Kompetenzzentrum für Heil\- und Sonderpädagogik mit rund 2’000 Studierenden. In Lehre, Forschung und Dienstleistungen engagieren wir uns für Teilhabe und Bildungsgerechtigkeit. Unsere Arbeit verbindet wissenschaftliche Exzellenz mit gesellschaftlicher Verantwortung und orientiert sich an den Bedürfnissen von Praxis, Politik und Bildungssystem. Für den Bereich IT\-Services suchen wir per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung eine engagierte Persönlichkeit, die ihr Know\-how einbringt, Mitarbeitende entwickelt und gemeinsam mit dem Team für einen zuverlässigen und kundenorientierten Support sorgt.

Ihr Aufgabenbereich

  • Fachliche Leitung und Weiterentwicklung des Teams ICT\-Support in Zusammenarbeit mit der Leitung IT\-Services
  • Verantwortung für die operative Einsatz\- und Präsenzplanung des Teams ICT\-Support
  • Aktive Mitarbeit im 1st Level Support für Mitarbeitende, Dozierende und Studierende über Walk\-in, Telefon und Ticketsystem
  • Priorisierung, Koordination und bedarfsgerechte Eskalation von Supportfällen
  • Verantwortung für die Organisation und Weiterentwicklung des ICT\-Supports sowie die kontinuierliche Optimierung von Supportprozessen und \-abläufen
  • Koordination und Mithilfe bei Einrichtung, Umzug und Inbetriebnahme von IT\-Arbeitsplätzen und Endgeräten in Windows\- und macOS\-Umgebungen
  • Beschaffung von IT\-Mitteln von der Bedarfsklärung über die Evaluation und Angebotseinholung bis hin zur Bestellabwicklung
  • Anwender:innen Support von Audio\- und Videoinfrastruktur in Unterrichts\- und Sitzungsräumen

Ihr Profil

  • Grundausbildung als Informatiker:in EFZ oder vergleichbare Ausbildung im IT\-Bereich
  • ITIL\-Zertifizierung von Vorteil
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im ICT\-Support sowie erste Erfahrung in der Übernahme der fachlichen Verantwortung für ein Team
  • Ausgeprägte Dienstleistungsorientierung und Freude am direkten Anwendersupport
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Microsoft 365 und Windows sowie gute Kenntnisse in macOS und iOS
  • Erfahrung mit Audio\- und Videotechnik in Besprechungs\- oder Schulungsumgebungen von Vorteil
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit, Organisationsgeschick und eine strukturierte, lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Ausgezeichnete Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch
