Wir suchen dich per 03.01.2027 oder nach Vereinbarung Gestalte die Jugendarbeit von morgen mit! Die Jugendarbeit der Plattform Glattal befindet sich in einem spannenden Entwicklungsprozess. Als neue Bereichsleitung übernimmst Du dabei eine wichtige Rolle. Die Plattform Glattal ist Spezialistin für soziale Dienstleistungen und betreibt verschiedene Angebote in den Bereichen Arbeitsintegration, Jugendarbeit, Wohnbegleitung und Beratung. Der 1995 gegründete Verein mit den Trägergemeinden Bassersdorf, Dietlikon, Nürensdorf, Opfikon, Kloten und Wallisellen beschäftigt rund 80 Mitarbeitende in 9 dezentralen Betrieben in der Region. Die Jugendarbeit der Plattform Glattal ist in 9 Gemeinden mit Jugendtreffs (OJUGA) und aufsuchender Jugendarbeit (AJUGA) unterwegs. Sie ist nah an den Jugendlichen, greift aktuelle Themen auf und erkennt Entwicklungen frühzeitig. Du führst den Bereich mit rund 25 Mitarbeitenden und bewegst Dich dabei zwischen Führung, Fachlichkeit, Gemeindeentwicklung und Netzwerkarbeit.

Deine Aufgaben ###

  • Du führst den Bereich Jugendarbeit fachlich, personell, organisatorisch und finanziell
  • Du wirkst aktiv an der Weiterentwicklung des Bereichs im laufenden Beteiligungs- und Mitspracheprozess (September 2026 bis Ende 2027) mit, setzt die daraus entstehende Ausrichtung um und führst sie langfristig weiter
  • Du verantwortest die Umsetzung der Betriebskonzepte und die Einhaltung der Leistungsvereinbarungen mit unseren Auftraggebenden
  • Du sicherst und entwickelst die fachliche Qualität des Bereichs kontinuierlich weiter
  • Du bist regelmässig an den verschiedenen Standorten präsent
  • Du stellst eine gute Ausbildungsqualität für unsere Mitarbeitenden in Ausbildung sicher und arbeitest selbst in der Praxisausbildung mit
  • Als Mitglied des Leitungsgremiums gestaltest Du die Weiterentwicklung der Gesamtorganisation aktiv mit
  • Du wirkst in internen und externen Fachgremien mit
  • Du pflegst eine aktive Zusammenarbeit mit Gemeinden und weiteren Partnern

Dein Profil ###

  • Du bist eine erfahrene Führungspersönlichkeit, die gerne Verantwortung übernimmt, Menschen fördert und gleichzeitig den Überblick behält
  • Du verfügst über eine Ausbildung im Sozialbereich auf Tertiärstufe und hast Dich im Bereich Führung weitergebildet
  • Du kennst die Jugendarbeit aus eigener, mehrjähriger Berufserfahrung
  • Du denkst strategisch, arbeitest gerne vernetzt und bringst Dinge ins Rollen
  • Du bringst politisches Gespür und Verhandlungsgeschick mit
  • Eine klare Kommunikation, Eigeninitiative und Entscheidungsfreude machen Dich aus
