Die GBMZ ist eine grössere Zürcher Wohnbaugenossenschaft, die Wohnen weiterdenkt. Seit über 100 Jahren schaffen und entwickeln wir bezahlbaren, nachhaltigen und lebenswerten Wohnraum. Heute gehören über 1-000 Wohnungen zu unserem Portfolio - und wir haben noch einiges vor.

Für die nächste Etappe unserer Entwicklung suchen wir nach Vereinbarung eine engagierte Persönlichkeit, die Verantwortung übernimmt, Zusammenhänge erkennt und gerne mitgestaltet.

Ihre Aufgaben

In dieser vielseitigen Schlüsselposition führen Sie die Bereiche Mietwesen, Finanzen und Administration und sind gleichzeitig Mitglied der Geschäftsleitung.

  • Sie verantworten die professionelle und genossenschaftlich geprägte Bewirtschaftung unserer über 1-000 Wohnungen.
  • Sie steuern Budgetierung, Finanzplanung und Liquidität und verantworten den Jahresabschluss nach OR.
  • Sie übernehmen die Erstvermietung unserer neuen Siedlung Stüdli.
  • Sie führen vier Mitarbeitende und fördern deren selbstständiges Arbeiten und Weiterentwicklung.
  • Sie optimieren Abläufe und treiben einfache, effiziente und digitale Prozesse voran.
  • Als Mitglied der Geschäftsleitung gestalten Sie die Weiterentwicklung der GBMZ mit und arbeiten eng mit der Geschäftsleiterin und den anderen Bereichen zusammen.
  • Sie behalten das grosse Ganze im Blick und packen auch im operativen Geschäft mit an.

Das bringen Sie mit

Sie sind eine pragmatische und verlässliche Persönlichkeit, denken unternehmerisch und arbeiten strukturiert. Sie treffen Entscheidungen, übernehmen Verantwortung und schätzen eine unkomplizierte Zusammenarbeit.

  • Höhere Aus- oder Weiterbildung in Immobilien, Betriebswirtschaft, Finanz- und Rechnungswesen oder vergleichbar
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in einer anspruchsvollen Fach- oder Führungsfunktion
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in Immobilienbewirtschaftung sowie Finanz- und Rechnungswesen
  • Freude an Führung und an der Entwicklung von Mitarbeitenden
  • Eigeninitiative, Entscheidungsfreude und eine Hands-on-Mentalität
  • Interesse an effizienten Prozessen und Digitalisierung
  • Idealerweise Kenntnisse in Immotop; Erfahrung in einer Genossenschaft oder Non-Profit-Organisation ist von Vorteil
