Deine Aufgaben und Perspektiven ##

  • Du verantwortest gemeinsam mit einem interdisziplinären Team die pharma-logistischen Prozesse von der Beschaffung bis zur Belieferung der Stationsapotheken
  • Du führst den Bereich Offizin der Spitalpharmazie fachlich, organisatorisch und personell
  • Du nutzt SAP MM (S/4HANA) und moderne Logistiksysteme für eine effiziente Beschaffung, Lagerbewirtschaftung und Verrechnung
  • Du hinterfragst bestehende Pharma-Prozesse, optimierst diese kontinuierlich und stellst deren nachhaltige Umsetzung sicher

Was du für diese Stelle mitbringst ##

  • Abgeschlossenes Pharmaziestudium (eidg. oder anerkannt) oder Fachapotheker/in Spitalpharmazie sowie Berufsausübungsbewilligung (BAB)
  • Empathische Führungspersönlichkeit mit hoher Sozialkompetenz und ausgeprägten Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
  • Vertiefte SAP MM Kenntnisse sind im Spitalalltag unabdingbar
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
