Für eine Institution der Langzeitpflege im Berner Oberland suchen wir eine Fachperson Gesundheit EFZ als stellvertretende Teamleitung. Sie übernehmen weiterhin Aufgaben in der direkten Pflege und unterstützen gleichzeitig die Teamleitung im Führungsalltag. Dabei können Sie Ihre Erfahrung einbringen, Verantwortung übernehmen und sich fachlich wie auch persönlich weiterentwickeln. 

Ihre Aufgaben beim neuen Arbeitgeber

  • Sie unterstützen die Teamleitung und übernehmen bei deren Abwesenheit die fachliche und organisatorische Führung des Teams 
  • Eine individuelle und professionelle Pflege und Betreuung stellen Sie sicher und wirken aktiv an der Pflegequalität mit 
  • Lernende begleiten und fördern Sie im Arbeitsalltag und vermitteln ihnen Ihr Fachwissen praxisnah 
  • Mitarbeitenden, Angehörigen sowie interdisziplinären Fachpersonen stehen Sie als kompetente Ansprechperson zur Seite 

Sie bieten Ihrem neuen Arbeitgeber

  • Eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Fachfrau/Fachmann Gesundheit EFZ oder als Fachperson Langzeitpflege und -betreuung bringen Sie mit 
  • Erfahrung in der Langzeitpflege sowie idealerweise erste Führungserfahrung bilden eine gute Grundlage für diese Funktion 
  • Freude an der Begleitung von Lernenden sowie eine selbstständige, strukturierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise zeichnen Sie aus 
  • Mit Sozialkompetenz, Organisationstalent und einer wertschätzenden Art tragen Sie zu einer guten Zusammenarbeit bei
